Work Experience

Graduated with first class from Rachana Sansad – Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 2001, Architect Vaishali Khandwala has worked with H.M. Jhaveri and Sons, Vijay Punjabi Architects She has free lanced many residential interior projects. Her projects showcase optimal space planning and minimal designs, creating uncluttered, spacious looking homes. She believes in soft, functional and approachable interiors that carefully address the client’s needs and preferences. Along with designing homes, Vaishali has a strong passion to create home décor products. This led her to create her own brand Craft Express, where over the years she has hand crafted and customized decor items such as name plates, wall clocks, trays, utility boxes, organizers, etc. Has up cycled simple glassware, metal objects and even ordinary furniture to statement pieces. Sharing knowledge, brings her fulfilment and hence she continuously engages herself in teaching craft and interiors. She has conducted many niche craft workshops and is been teaching interior design subject at Aditya College for 1.5 years now.
